At Ten-Fold Creative Designs, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because many of our items are made or finished by hand, please allow time for us to create your order before it begins its journey to you.
Turnaround Time
Our turnaround time is 3–7 business days, plus UPS shipping time, unless otherwise noted in the individual product description.
Turnaround time refers to the time needed to prepare, create, customize, and package your order. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Please note that shipping/transit time is not included in our 3–7 business day turnaround time.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via UPS. Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.
Your estimated delivery date will depend on the UPS shipping service selected and your location. UPS transit times are in addition to our 3–7 business day production time.
For example, if your order takes 5 business days to create, your UPS shipping time begins after those 5 business days.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom and personalized pieces may occasionally require additional production time depending on the complexity of the order. If an item has a turnaround time different from our standard 3–7 business days, it will be noted in the product description.
Please carefully review all personalization details before submitting your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once UPS has received your package, tracking updates and estimated delivery dates are provided directly by the carrier. Please allow a little time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
