Handmade Variations
Many Ten-Fold Creative Designs products are handcrafted using natural materials. Variations in wood grain, knots, texture, coloring, stain absorption, distressing, and finish are normal and make each piece unique.
These natural variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for a return, exchange, or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an item that is different from what you ordered due to an error by Ten-Fold Creative Designs, please contact us promptly.
Please include your order number, photos of the item, and photos of the original shipping packaging so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Do not discard damaged packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
